Every sheet is fed, die cut, creased, stripped and delivered automatically - no manual stripping labor, no bottleneck between cutting and stacking.
In conventional die cutting lines, waste removal is a separate, labor-intensive step. The 1450G/1670G integrates a full stripping section as standard equipment: waste matrixes are removed in-line from each die-cut sheet, producing clean, ready-to-stack blanks in a single pass. This shortens the production chain for corrugated boxes and folding cartons and removes the most common source of line bottlenecks.
With a maximum sheet size of 1480 x 1200 mm and a top mechanical speed of 7,000 sheets per hour, the 1450G automatic die cutting machine is the choice for high-volume corrugated board and carton board production where speed is the priority.
Handling sheets up to 1670 x 1260 mm, the 1670G flatbed die cutter serves extra-large corrugated packaging, display and POS jobs. Its 400 t cutting pressure, three cam servo motors and central positioning system keep cutting accuracy at ±0.5 mm even at continuous full-format operation.
Both models support the mirror version layout: two die cutters share one chase changer and some operation steps, reducing space cost, while one operator is able to operate and monitor both machines on separate jobs for production flexibility and efficiency.
