Every sheet is fed, die cut, creased, stripped and delivered automatically — no manual stripping labor, no bottleneck between cutting and stacking.

Automatic Sheet Feeding

Corrugated board sheets are fed automatically from the pile via cassette, lead edge or bottom suction feeder into the register system with accurate front and side lay alignment.

Die Cutting & Creasing

The die cutting section applies up to 500×10&sup4;N of cutting pressure at up to 6,500 sheets/h, cutting and creasing the packaging blank to ±0.5 mm precision.

In-Line Stripping

The integrated stripping section removes waste matrixes automatically from every sheet — no manual stripping labor, clean blanks in a single pass.
