The Trustar MWZ W*ZHI series (MWZ1450W, MWZ1620W) is a fully automatic flatbed die cutting machine built for speed of changeover: fast order processing, quick board replacement, a small footprint — and expert in super orders. Ideal for corrugated board plants that run many short orders per day.
ZHI intelligence enables automated one-key setup and job recall: store up to 10,000 jobs, select any saved order, and 16 servo motors automatically reposition the machine to the stored working positions. The quick-loading blade version adds a central-positioning push-pull clamp — one push completes the plate change. Short runs stop costing you time.
MWZ1450W — max sheet 1480×1080 mm, top speed 5,000 sheets/h. MWZ1620W — max sheet 1650×1210 mm at 4,800 sheets/h with 400×10&sup4;N cutting pressure.
